A grassroots story of steady progress
The Victorian Clarion Foundation was established in June 2009 and is registered with the Corporate Affairs Commission of Nigeria. What began as a grassroots initiative in Anambra State has grown into a multi state organization delivering programs across Abia, Anambra, Enugu, and Rivers.
